In the 1990s, I worked as an appraiser, a skill that proves invaluable today. My ability to create an accurate Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) helps ensure the best possible price, whether buying or selling. Real estate moves fast, but for me it's about people. I take pride in professionalism and accuracy, but the relationships I build matter most.
