Homeowners are sitting tight, thanks to the sweet deals they got on super low mortgage rates. If your neighbor snagged a 3% rate, do you blame them for not wanting to swap it for today's 7%? 🏡👀

But don’t worry: being a buyer in this wild, low-inventory market doesn’t mean settling! It means getting creative! The Twin Cities market is still buzzing this fall: mortgage rates just dropped a bit (hovering in the low-6% range), and most homes are selling in about 41 days. Median prices are strong: around $357K to $395K depending on the area: but the real buzz? New listings are tightening, so good homes are in demand!
