"If a home goes back on the market, something must be wrong with it."

Not necessarily.

A home can return to the market for all kinds of reasons that have nothing to do with the property. Financing can change, contingencies may not be met, negotiations can fall through, or buyer situations shift.

When I see a home come back on the market, I don't assume the worst - I do my homework. I find out why and help separate real concerns from missed opportunities.

Sometimes it is a legitimate red flag. Other times, it's a second chance!

It's not about avoiding every home that comes back on the market—it's having someone who knows how to evaluate the situation so you can make a confident, informed decision!
