⚖️ Верховный суд по результатам рассмотрения дела № 300/1263/22 пришел к выводу, что повестка не может обжаловаться в судах, так как такая повестка не является решением или действием субъекта властных полномочий.

Свою позицию суд мотивировал тем, что повестка является лишь средством оповещения военнообязанного лица для прибытия на указанную дату в территориальный центр комплектования, форма которой определена Порядком организации и ведения военного учета призывников и военнообязанных, утвержденного постановлением Кабинета Министров Украины от 07 декабря 2016 № 921, и не имеет обязательного последствия заключения контракта для прохождения военной службы. При этом обязанность военнообязанного лица явиться по вызову в соответствующий территориальный центр комплектования устанавливается не повесткой, а Законом Украины "О воинской обязанности и военной службе".

As Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported, Ukraine and the EU signed five agreements that bring our country closer to joining the European Union and contribute to the stability of our state in the war against the Russian aggressor.

📄 Agreement on Ukraine's participation in the EU program "Digital Europe" (2021-2027).

This is part of the EU digital visa-free regime. The "Digital Europe" program has a budget of 7.5 billion euros for the development of projects in five directions:
▪️ supercomputer
▪️ artificial intelligence
▪️ cyber security
▪️ digital skills
▪️ ensuring the widespread use of digital technologies in the economy and society.

📄 Agreement on Ukraine's participation in the EU program for cooperation in the customs sphere.

From October 1, customs visa-free with the EU will start. After signing today's Agreement, Ukraine will join the customs cooperation program with a budget of almost 1 billion euros. This will allow us to improve the qualifications of our customs officers, to participate in the development and use of European electronic systems.

📄 Agreement on the participation of Ukraine in the EU program on cooperation in the tax field Fiscalis.

Now the State Tax Service of Ukraine will be able to exchange information with colleagues from the EU. There is an opportunity to use modern European IT systems in the field of taxation.

📄Agreement on providing Ukraine with budgetary support for 500 million euros.

The funds are earmarked and will be used to provide housing for internally displaced persons, as well as to support small farmers so that they can continue and develop their business.

📄The agreement thanks to which the European Commission increases the budget for grants for Ukraine by 122 million euros.

This will make it possible to ensure the financing of priority projects for Ukraine and to speed up their receipt due to the fact that grants can be provided directly to state authorities, local governments and public organizations.
