🇵🇱Kobiety na wybory - apolitical & educational & - turnout campaign for Polish 🇵🇱

🔥 Aleksandra Petrykowska - attorney at Law & Founder of joined to the campain as a representative of PSM Legal & - in the role of a & lead !

🚀With a zero , campain managed to achieve over 200 impressions in the , and the hashtag was used a 53 million times!

🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ The campaign met its goal by being visible and heard!

🔥 campaign reached a remarkable 34% of women in Poland. This means that one in three women heard about us!

📢 We hope that the campaign's reach demonstrates how powerful the women's is, which significantly contributed to the resurs ✨

Do Sejmu trafił projekt nowych przepisów w zakresie uproszczenia i ujednolicenia łączenia, podziałów i przekształceń spółek w Europejskiej, który uwzględnia prawa i .

Zgodnie z projektem, m.in. udziałowcy mniejszościowi mają otrzymywać sprawozdania określające skutki takich operacji i będą mogli składać uwagi do planów takich procesów oraz uzyskają prawo żądania odkupu ich udziałów lub akcji, po ekwiwalentnej cenie, którą oszacuje niezależny biegły.

Nowela w dużej części ma wejść w życie 1 sierpnia

Dla Wszystkich zainteresowanych tematem , które niebawem staną się częścią polskich przepisów informuje, że dzięki Katedrze Prawa Handlowego Wydział Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego w osobie jej Kierownika Prof. dr. hab. LLM Konrada Osajdy możemy bez opłat i rejestracji posłuchać wykładu na temat Fundacji Prywatnych w prawie Liechtensteinu.

Seminarium będzie prowadzone przez dziekan Wydziału Prawa Uniwersytetu w Lichtenstein prof. Alexandrę Butterstein pt. „Wealth Management: Private Foundations – Comparative Perspective” i odbędzie się już dzisiaj 23 stycznia (poniedziałek) o godzinie 17:30.

Perspektywa Lichtensteina jest ważna bowiem tam fundacje rodzinne istnieją już prawie 100 lat (od 1926 roku) !

NOWE UNIJNE PRZEPISY ZAPEWNIAJĄCE WIĘKSZĄ RÓWNOWAGĘ PŁCI W ORGANACH SPÓŁEK GIEŁDOWYCH
Kraje unijne mają czas do 2026 roku na implementacje dyrektywy do porządków krajowych, zgodnie z którymi co najmniej 40% stanowisk dyrektorów niewykonawczych w spółkach giełdowych powinny zajmować osoby płci niedostatecznie reprezentowanej.
Równe traktowanie i równe szanse kobiet i mężczyzn to zasady zapisane w traktatach UE, a także w Europejskim filarze praw socjalnych proklamowanym przez Radę, Parlament Europejski i Komisję Europejską w 2017 r.

NEW EU REGULATION TO ENSURE A GENDER BALANCE ON THE BOARDS OF LISTED COMPANIES
EU countries have until 2026 to implement the directive into their national laws, according to which at least 40% of the positions of non-executive directors in listed companies should be held by persons of the underrepresented s*x.
Equal treatment and equal opportunities for women and men are principles stipulated in the EU Treaties, as well as in the European Pillar of Social Rights proclaimed by the Council, the European Parliament and the European Commission in 2017.

💛💙 I am super greatful to share program targeted at Ukrainian refugees 🇺🇦🇺🇦at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Warsaw, starting this summer.

This new program will:

- Help those displaced by the war in Ukraine continue their career and enhance their skills through 12 months of work & training at JPMorgan, in an English-speaking environment (no Polish required)

- Provide support* to successful candidates with settling down, such as help with securing housing, pre-school care and an option to enroll children in a specified school following the Ukrainian curriculum

- Supply dedicated training to work in one of the multiple teams present in Warsaw, including Finance, Human Resources and Operations

- Offer opportunities to apply for open roles within JPMorgan at the end of the program, or alternatively provide participants with support* to go back to Ukraine
