Throwback from my time with K&M Legal Services; a firm that provides comprehensive legal solutions across diverse practice areas, including corporate and commercial matters, dispute resolution, and legal consultancy.

During my time there, I assisted the case manager in his remote work by:

- Facilitating work operations by assisting with coordination, scheduling, and task tracking.

- Assisting in the management of AB and tort files through systematic tracking and organization of case materials.

- Conducting detailed file reviews to evaluate case progress, identify gaps, and ensure completeness.

- Preparing legal documents accurately in accordance with case requirements and procedural standards.

- Contributing to overall file development and progression to support effective case management.

Throwback from my time in the Legal and Compliance Department at Daraz (Alibaba Group).

During my period of 4 months there, I developed an understanding of the complete Agreement process, from initiation to ex*****on, and the involvement of relevant departments such as business, tax and finance, which enabled me to assist in the vetting of Agreements.

A significant part of my time involved legal research on relevant laws, statutes, rules and ordinances. This included research related to the Companies Act, SECP Regulations, Customs Laws, Taxation, Internal Policies and Labour Laws.

Along with my POC for litigation, I was involved in online case diary tracking and management of more than 30 cases, as well as case file management for these matters. Not only this but also, I worked on addendums, BOR & Extracts and Engagement Letters of external counsels.

In addition, I independently addressed 3 legal notices received from customers by coordinating with cross-functional departments such as CS and QCC through to the final issuance of responses.
