The petition, filed by our associate , was heard by Honourable Justice Adnan Iqbal Chaudhry, who has issued notices to the Attorney General and all relevant authorities.

Our entire team stands united in arguing that sanitary products are essential for women's health and should be classified as basic necessities under the Sixth Schedule of the Sales Tax Act, 1990. The petition also seeks to include raw materials in the Eighth Schedule to make these products more affordable.
