پاکستان میں کرپٹو کا نیا قانون — اب Bitcoin کا کیا ہوگا ???
پاکستان میں پہلی بار Bitcoin، Crypto اور Blockchain کے لیے باقاعدہ قانون آ گیا ہے۔
5 مارچ 2026 کو نافذ ہونے والا یہ قانون
Virtual Assets Act 2026
کہلاتا ہے-...

اس قانون کے بعد اب پاکستان میں:.

کرپٹو کمپنیوں کو لائسنس لینا ہوگی ,صارفین کے پیسے کمپنی کے پیسوں سے الگ رکھنا لازمی ہوگا
فراڈ، insider trading اور market manipulation جرم ہوگا
مشکوک ٹرانزیکشن Financial Monitoring Unit کو رپورٹ ہوں گی.

اگر کوئی شخص بغیر لائسنس crypto کاروبار کرے تو اسے:

5 سال تک قید
یا
5 کروڑ روپے تک جرمانہ ہو سکتا ہے۔

Crypto پاکستان میں:

سرکاری کرنسی نہیں
مگر اب قانون کے دائرے میں آ گئی ہے۔

یعنی اب پاکستان ڈیجیٹل فنانس کے نئے دور میں داخل ہو رہا ہے۔.....

In family ex*****on proceedings (usually related to maintenance, child support, or family court orders), a warrant is issued when the respondent does not comply with the court order (for example, not paying maintenance). To cancel or recall the warrant, you generally need to follow these steps:
1. File an Application for Cancellation / Recall of Warrant
Submit an application to the same Family Court that issued the warrant. The application is usually titled:
“Application for Recall / Cancellation of Arrest Warrant in Ex*****on Proceedings.”
Mention:
Case title and number
Date when the warrant was issued
Reason for non-appearance or non-payment
Request to cancel the warrant
2. Give a Valid Reason
The court normally cancels the warrant if you show good cause, such as:
You did not receive proper notice/summons
Illness or emergency
You are ready to pay the due maintenance amount
Any misunderstanding or procedural issue
3. Pay the Arrears (if maintenance case)
In many family ex*****on cases, the court will cancel the warrant if:
You deposit the arrears (pending maintenance)
Or make a payment plan/undertaking
4. Personal Appearance
Usually the respondent must:
Appear before the judge
Through lawyer or personally
Request the court to recall the warrant
5. Court Order
If the judge is satisfied, the court will pass an order such as:
“Warrant of arrest is recalled/cancelled subject to payment or compliance.”
✅ Example situations where warrants are cancelled
Husband pays pending maintenance amount.
Respondent appears and gives reasonable explanation.
Parties reach a settlement/compromise

کسی بھی ملزم کو جب گرفتار کیا جائے گا تو اسک بھائی، دوست، یا رشتے دار کو اسکی گرفتاری کے بارے آگاہ کیا جائے گا، اس سے ملزم کی گرفتاری جو غیر قانونی ہوتی ہے محفوظ ہوگی،
2۔ 154 میں ہوئی ہے اب متعلقہ مجسٹریٹ کو بھی ایف آئی آر درج کرنے/حکم صادر کرنے کا اختیار دیا گیا ہے، پہلے صرف جسٹس آف پیس کے پاس تھا یعنی اب ایک اور فورم مہیا کردیا گیا ہے،

اگر کوئی ملزم جسکو سزا ہوئی ہے اور وہ فوت ہوگیا ہے تو اسکی سزا کے خلاف اسکے وارثان اپیل کر سکتے ہیں اور وہ اسی ملزم کی طرف سے سمجھیں جائے.

You can also use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to enhance your study sessions. Simply upload or input the relevant Bare Acts, and ask the AI to generate practice questions or quizzes based on the sections and articles listed in the LAWGAT syllabus.

Most of the questions are asked in a fill-in-the-blank format, requiring you to recall specific words or phrases from the statutory text. With consistent study, 2–3 weeks of focused preparation is generally sufficient to pass the exam.

There is no need to spend thousands of rupees on coaching classes or tuition, especially for law graduates (B.A. LL.B.) who already have a foundational understanding of the subjects.
