Introducing our founder partner Ahmad Waqas is an Advocate of High Courts. He holds the L.L.B (Hons) degree from University of London and have completed his Masters at Law degree from University of California (Berkeley), specializing in corporate and Commercial law. After his legal education Ahmad has worked at an immigration law firm in London, U.K and finally established his legal practice in Islamabad, Pakistan. In Ahmad found this chamber along with Mr. Arif Khan. He has been since regularly representing his clients in constitutional, commercial, Criminal, civil and arbitration matters, appearing before high courts, civil courts, special tribunals and a number of regulatory bodies including Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP).
As a Founding Partner at AWG & CO. , Ahmad is the advisor of choice when it comes to the most complex deals in the corporate sector. His legal expertise encompasses the full spectrum of corporate legal advisory, including [mergers, acquisitions, cyber laws, Intellectual property matter, and corporate governance, Antitrust issues and Commercial arbitration].

Along with his corporate practice, Ahmad is engaged in legal academia, giving lectures as a visiting faculty at different universities for both L.L.B and L.LM programs. At the firm he leads the AWG Law review and conducts seminars and training programs within the firm.
