🚨 We're Hiring: Litigation Associate! 🚨

📍 Location: Shahids & Shaukats, Islamabad
📌 Position: Litigation Associate
🎓 Experience: Minimum 1 year
📅 Application Deadline: March 10, 2025

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong legal research and drafting skills, a keen interest in litigation, and the ability to learn and grow in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drafting legal pleadings and court submissions
✅ Conducting in-depth legal research and assisting in case preparation
✅ Supporting senior lawyers in hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings
✅ Assisting in client representation before lower courts, high courts, and tribunals, with opportunities for independent advocacy as experience grows
✅ Managing case files and maintaining client communication

Requirements:
🔹 LL.B. (Bar at Law or LL.M. is a plus)
🔹 Minimum 1 year experience of litigation
🔹 Strong legal research and drafting skills; advocacy skills will be developed with experience
🔹 Basic understanding of court procedures and legal documentation
🔹 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
