The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) warns the public against dealing with the operators of https://lendingfast.one/user.php, which is being used to offer online loans while requiring borrowers to pay various fees before any loan is released.
Investigation by the SEC found that the promised loans are never released. Instead, victims are repeatedly asked to make additional payments under the false promise that the loan and advance fees will eventually be released. This is a common Advance Fee Loan Scam.
The public is advised to verify the legitimacy of lending and financing companies through the SEC Check App and the SEC website before engaging in any transaction. Exercise caution when dealing with online loan offers and never send advance payments as a condition for loan approval or release.
