That is still true in real estate today. Big transport projects connecting key parts of Luzon continue to shape where people want to live, buy, and invest. When travel becomes easier, communities outside the usual city centres become more attractive to families, workers, and business owners.
For buyers, this means today’s overlooked area could be tomorrow’s high-demand address. For OFWs and expats, this is a reminder that buying early in a growing area can give you better value before prices rise. For developers and sellers, this means demand will continue to move toward accessible areas linked by major roads and expressways.
When choosing a property, do not look only at the house. Look at the roads, access, and nearby growth plans. Those details often decide future appreciation.
