Over the years, I have learned that the legal profession is built not only on knowledge of the law, but on responsibility, discipline and the trust of the people who place their cases — and sometimes their lives — in your hands.

International criminal defense, extradition procedures and cross-border legal matters are often invisible to the public, yet they require years of work, constant study and an ability to operate under pressure across different jurisdictions.

Today, seeing my professional path documented on Wikipedia is not something I view as a personal achievement alone, but rather as a reflection of many years dedicated to international legal practice.

I would like to share this brief excerpt. I believe it is truly regrettable that it turned out this way, but what is done is done.

: L'ex Ministro Claudio Martelli analizza con severità l'esito del voto del 22-23 marzo. Pur avendo sostenuto il Sì, critica il Governo per aver costruito una riforma "confusa" e per aver cercato uno scontro politico trasformato in un plebiscito perso.

📉 Responsabilità Meloni: Martelli attribuisce la sconfitta alla Presidenza del Consiglio per aver rifiutato mediazioni parlamentari, trasformando un tema tecnico in un test politico bocciato dal Paese.
🧩 Errore Tecnico sui PM: Rileva un paradosso: la riforma rischiava di rendere il Pubblico Ministero incensurabile, costituzionalizzando un'autonomia eccessiva mai richiesta.
⚔️ Squilibrio Accusa-Difesa: Il nodo resta lo strapotere inquirente. Per Martelli serve un giudice che controlli davvero l'azione del PM e un'avvocatura più forte nelle controindagini.
🎭 Egemonia dell'ANM: L'Associazione Magistrati si conferma il principale attore politico, capace di difendere interessi corporativi che la politica non riesce a scardinare da decenni.
🏅 Responsabilità di Carriera: Propone che i magistrati rispondano degli errori non con sanzioni economiche, ma con bocciature e retrocessioni nel loro percorso professionale.
🔮 Rischio Immobilismo: Martelli teme che ora la giustizia finisca in secondo piano. Esorta i riformisti a ripartire su basi più solide e meno soggette a compromessi.

Che i cittadini italiani non si lamentino più!Vadano in galera tranquilli, perché ce li ha mandati una magistratura che da sempre ci riserva giustizia,equilibrio e rispetto. Vadano grati e fiduciosi direttamente a giudizio perché nel 50% dei casi saranno assolti anche se saranno stati massacrati da custodie cautelari ed avranno visto distrutta la famiglia e perso lavoro. Vadano giulivi,fiduciosi,pazienti nelle belle nostre carceri dove si sta benissimo,a parte vivere dieci in quattro metri per quattro,con un bugliolo in comune ed in continua esposizione a trattamenti non proprio rispettosi della dignità delle persone.Si prendano con rassegnazione e umiltà condanne incomprensibili basate su dichiarazioni di pentiti inattendibili e non riscontrate. Si rivolgano tutti questi cittadini ai pubblici ministeri imparziali e con la cultura della giurisdizione perché da loro riceveranno aiuto,soddisfazione e comprensione. I cittadini italiani non si rivolgano più agli avvocati per cercare di uscire di galera o per essere assolti perché deve bastare la grande fiducia che oggi hanno manifestato nei confronti del sistema giudiziario,fatto di pubblici ministeri e giudici che possono fare tutto da soli perché espressione di uno Stato pienamente rispettoso dei cittadini che sbagliano, come e’ accaduto con le torture carcerarie di Santa Maria Capua Vetere e con ergastolani usciti dal carcere dopo vent’anni perché ritenuti innocenti

In reality, I believe he was mainly referring to Bitcoin, as he became interested in the phenomenon in its early stages; however, with tokenization, real-world assets, DAOs, etc., cryptocurrencies can have an impact on traditional finance that goes beyond the hype that has characterized the sector.
