#जननायक कर्पूरी ठाकुर यांच्या स्मृतीस विनम्र अभिवादन!

मुख्यमंत्री म्हणून कर्पूरी फार्मुला त्यांनी त्यांच्या दुसऱ्या टर्म मध्ये अमलात आणला, ज्यात अत्यंत मागास वर्गाला १२% वेगळे आरक्षण दिले. कर्पूरी फार्मुला हा फक्त सरकारी आदेश नव्हता, तर OBC वर्गाच्या संघर्षाचा परिणाम होता व मंडल चा आधार झाला.

महाराष्ट्रात OBC वर्ग मंडल वारी वर स्वार झाले, पण ‘पिछड़ा पावे सौ में साठ’ साठी काही अपवाद वगळता पाहिजे त्या स्वरूपात गतिशील नाही.

UGC-NET / CSIR-NET परीक्षेच्या गोंधळामुळे (२०२४-२५) लाखो OBC विद्यार्थ्यांचे JRF, Assistant Professor आणि PhD प्रवेश अडकले आहेत.
UGC Regulations २०२६, “roster system” आणि faculty recruitment मध्ये OBC साठी २७% आरक्षणाची अंमलबजावणी अजूनही अनेक केंद्रीय विद्यापीठांमध्ये अपुरी आहे. स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांमधील OBC आरक्षण… असे इतर मुद्दे आहेत. आद. बाळासाहेब आंबेडकरांनी Balasaheb Ambedkar वेळोवेळी या मुद्द्यावर भूमिका मांडली आहे, १५ दिवस ऊन पावसात महाराष्ट्रात आरक्षण बच्चाव रॅली काढली, पण या सर्व मुद्यांवर OBC आंदोलन अद्याप दिसत नाही.

कर्पूरी फॉर्मुला चा वारसा लढाई करून पुढे नेणे गरजेचे आहे।

मोर्चात मोठ्या संख्येने बाधीत नागरिकांच्या बैठका आंबेडकर चौक औंध आणि डी पी रोड येथे घेण्यात आल्या. डी पी रोड येथील नागरिकांना SRA नको आहे, तरी बिल्डर लॉबी धाक दपटशा व युवकांनवर खोट्या तक्रारी करून समत्ती घेण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत असते, त्या विरोधात महिला मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित राहणार आहेत.

Counter Cases, one potent method used by accussed with police administration to deter the victims from pursuing atrocity cases. In Kothrud Police Station, Pune Case, Police themselves are filling counter complaint to put pressure on office bearers and activists. Many Goverment Commission reports stated repeatedly that, "Filing Counter Cases with the sole intension of counter blasting the complaint filed by the SC victims." Dominant Castes utilize this method, now police are making use of it, in an effort to make the Act dysfunctional.

The counter cases are mostly registered with charge of theft, robbery, dacoity, and outraging the modesty of women. In similar manner, Police registered FIR with the offence of obstructing a public servant in discharge of their public functions, disobedience to orders by police, and damage of public property. As a result, Vanchit activists will be subjected to criminal litigation as accussed in the counter cases. And yet, so called liberals and media are calling our activists as local social activists, avoiding name of Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi.
