Notice:

I have had clients come down to get an Affidavit done up and we're trying to tell me the cost.

I like to make it clear to verify an Affidavit that you the client have drawn up is a fixed charge.

To get a Commissioner for Oaths to draw up the Affidavit cost more than verfiy it.

Can people be clear that it costs more to have an Affidavit drawn up than just verify it.

I'm considering doing a Information Book, that I be selling in all Major book shops, including Law Students and Law Society's, College sections and Courthouses.

It's Commissioner for Oaths / Peace Commissioner / Solicitor / Notory Public and the difference between and what power they hold and what they can sign and can't sign.

The Superior Courts, The Circuit Court & Distric Court.
What you need to know about them and which Court does what.

Also Information about Legal Documents who do you have to go to for certain documents like only a Commissioner for Oaths / Solicitor can verify an Affidavit a Peace Commissioner can't.

Illustrations of what the different Legal Documents look like, how to download them and how to draw them up yourself before going to a Commissioner for Oaths to have it verified.

How you can put a Declaration on an Affidavit and a Jurat, this can save you very costly fees going to a Solicitor to draw up an Affidavit.
