We’re delighted to share the latest progress from Project Foyleview as we move into the final stages of this renovation.

The transformation is now really starting to take shape, with painting well underway throughout the property and the finish line firmly in sight. The new flooring has been installed, kitchens are being completed, and each room is beginning to showcase the vision we had from the outset.

The remaining works include:
✔️ Electrical second fixing
✔️ Final carpentry and joinery
✔️ Finishing touches and snagging

It’s always rewarding to reach this stage of a project, where months of planning, hard work and craftsmanship come together to create a quality finished home.

A huge thank you to all the trades and contractors involved so far. We’re looking forward to sharing the completed transformation very soon.

Project Foyle View is flying along with the new joinery package almost complete which is great progress.

Almost time for paint which is a great sign of progress.

The next phase is to finalise the interiors & electrics that’s required.

And finally checking in on the next project that’s almost ready to start.

Loads of learnings along the way with both projects and definitely more to come….

Progress update on one of our latest refurbishment projects.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve completed major preparation works, installed the kitchen, and started laying the flooring throughout the property. Seeing the transformation take shape from the original condition has been a huge step forward.

Next stage is the final second-fix works, including plumbing, electrics, carpentry, carpeting, and the finishing details that bring the whole project together.

Still plenty to do, but the progress so far has been massive and the vision is starting to come to life. Looking forward to sharing the finished result soon.

Sorry I’ve been quiet this week on the socials. Things progressing well at Project Foyle View with plastering now almost drying and the second fix is about to start.

The team have been flying along on this one and we are hoping to have this back on the rental market come mid May 🤞.

Kitchen is 50% fitted with and the tiler will be back next week to finish off.

Picking up the keys later this month also for our first flip project which is exciting also.

Project Foyle View update 🛠️

We’re currently at the damp proofing stage on this one, getting everything prepped and ready for full protection throughout the property. The team has been busy injecting the walls and tackling a range of smaller but important issues along the way.

There are still some works to be completed externally, including repairs to the flat roof and the junction where it meets the existing building. Internally, we’ve also been addressing areas affected by damp to make sure everything is properly treated before moving forward.

One of the key challenges we uncovered was water ingress coming from a neighbouring chimney — something that’s not always easy to spot during initial surveys. Thankfully, the team picked it up early and got it sorted before it could cause further damage.

Plenty of moving parts in this project, but great to see progress being made and problems being caught and fixed as we go 👷‍♂️
