Inclusive workplaces should not depend on people having to ask for support first.
That is something we really care about at HRManager.
In many workplaces, conversations around accessibility needs, working preferences, adjustments, or support only happen once someone raises them.
Those conversations are important, but we think employers can also do more earlier on.
Before a role is advertised.
Before interviews take place.
Before someone joins the team.
If certain working patterns could be supported, or small changes could make a role more accessible, it makes sense to think about those things from the start.
That is the idea behind Inclusive by Default.
It helps employers consider inclusion at role level, so candidates and employees can have more clarity about what may be possible.
We know software does not solve inclusion on its own.
It can, however, help prompt better conversations, better decisions, and a more thoughtful approach to fairness at work.
That is the kind of platform we are proud to keep building.
