Roseann Kelly MBE, CEO of Women in Business NI, joins us for an inspiring conversation about leadership, growth and creating lasting impact.
Roseann first joined Women in Business NI in 2002 as a voluntary Director before serving as Vice Chair, Treasurer and Company Secretary. Since becoming Chief Executive in 2009, she has led the organisation through significant growth, developing a sustainable strategy that continues to support and empower women across Northern Ireland.
Recognised with an MBE in 2019 for her outstanding contribution to the Northern Ireland economy, Roseann is also a trusted voice in shaping the future of business, skills and training. She serves on the Department for the Economy’s Ministerial Strategic Advisory Forum, the Apprenticeships Review Expert Panel and the Youth Training Review Panel. She is Vice Chair of Women’s Tec NI and has previously served on the committees of WINET and the Women’s Fund for NI.
