Barista experience preferred but not essential - training provided ☕️

Willingness to chat property and be a team/family with the agency side is a must! 🏘

Barista Kristi has also been with us from the very start
And what have we learnt about her so far..?

➡️ Kristi went to film school and wanted to be a producer ... she now produces some of our content 😉
➡️ Always creative, when young she used to make 'fancy drinks' for her family, and now gets to do it for real!
➡️ When not at LMA, Kristi looks after her adorable nephew whom we've all met, and who is a real credit to her and her sister

Barista Lily has been with us from the very start
And what have we learnt about her so far..?

➡️ Lily went on her first solo trip to Brazil at aged 18, and it opened her eyes to the world and travel - and here she is 2 decades later
➡️ She loves being busy and turns everything into a productivity challenge - the rest of us try to keep up!
➡️ A great listener with a calm and caring nature, we're lucky to have a resident therapist (and so are the customers!)

A hot matcha with VERY creamy coconut or almond milk
