A Home To Rent is a Fulham based property company specialising in short and long let in Chelsea, South Kensington and Notting Hill.
We require now a bright, honest, efficient, hard working and highly-organised person, with initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude, a strong individual to train within our firm who is willing to learn new skills and help grow the business. She/he needs to have an eye for details as an excellent property supervisor.
To apply for this position applicants Must have a very good level spoken and written English and would be ideal if she/he speaks Italian, had experience in property management, Hotels on reception or have been working with estate agency or bookings and/or in the Management industry and hospitality.
This role is from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 6:30 and sometimes on high season we request to work in the weekend when needed.
The applicant must have a Full Uk driving licence and be able to drive a 50cc scooter.
We provide a car, a scooter and an office mobile.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- supervise the properties before the guest arrive
- welcome our guests
- manage the properties on a daily basis
- Answering e-mail and calls
- Deal with customers oral and/or written requests/complaints;
- Assist the Director time to time
Job Requirements:
- Fluent oral and written English and Italian
- Able to drive in London
- Professional customer service
- You will be expected to have excellent management skills and a good telephone manner
- You will need to have lots of patience and have an eye for details and a "can do attitude"
- Able to work during bank holiday and weekends when needed.
Salary depending on experience.
