About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Deputy Practice Manager (HR Lead) to join our growing firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a standalone role, leading people initiatives while supporting the operational management of the practice.

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will take ownership of the HR function, providing expert advice and guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will also play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the practice and deputising for the Practice Manager when required.

This role offers a varied workload, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both our people and operational performance.
