Action Reclaim will visit your property. We will look at the problems and ,if the repairs are covered by the various Housing laws and regulations a report will be compiled FOR FREE. The report is then sent by the solicitor to the housing provider. Tenants are updated and involved in the process. The repairs are done and compensation claimed.
