Six years after receiving our advertisement, they gave us a call. Two days after listing, their home had an accepted offer at full asking price. 🏡

This is a story about why relationships matter in real estate.

Six years ago, we sent out a real estate advertisement. Like most marketing, we never knew where it would end up or who might hold onto it.

Fast forward to this year, and we received a call from a homeowner who had kept our information all that time.

They were ready to sell their home at 207-2930 Cook Street, and they chose our team to help make it happen.

We listed the property on September 25th, highlighting its spacious corner layout, thoughtfully updated interior, and the amenities that make Spencer Castle such a unique place to call home.

An unforgettable few days in Greece. 🇬🇷✨

This year, Cal and Scott had the opportunity to attend the Royal LePage National Chairman’s Club Retreat in Athens and Mykonos, alongside REALTORS® from across Canada who represent the top 1% of Royal LePage’s nationwide network of more than 20,000 professionals.

For us, the real value wasn’t simply being there. It was the conversations, the ideas shared, the relationships built, and the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced and successful people in our industry.

We came home with fresh perspectives on business, client service, leadership, systems, and how we can continue improving the experience we provide here in Greater Victoria.
