Osisko Development Corp. recently closed an additional US$75 million aggregate principal amount of 4.125% convertible senior notes due 2031, bringing the total size of its previously announced private placement offering to US$300 million.

The additional issuance consisted of US$25 million of notes sold pursuant to the full exercise of the initial purchasers’ option and US$50 million of notes acquired by Double Zero Capital, LP in a concurrent non-brokered private placement.

Castlepoint Numa and Hazelview Investments have officially broke ground at 72 Perth Avenue, marking the commencement of construction on an 18-storey purpose-built rental development in Toronto’s Junction Triangle.

The project will deliver approximately 255 rental homes, including 51 affordable units. The development is supported through the City of Toronto’s Rental Housing Supply Program, with WoodGreen Community Services serving as the project’s affordable housing partner, and the CMHC’s Apartment Construction Loan Program.
