TITLE INSURANCE & LEGAL FEES

LENDER FEES
- Typical cost: Varies by lender

LAND TRANSFER TAX
📍 In Toronto, buyers pay both the Ontario and Toronto land transfer taxes.
📍 Outside Toronto, only the Ontario land transfer tax applies.
