Corinne Harper Jones knows the Etobicoke and West End areas quite well having spent 40+ years as a resident. Corinne grew up on Wimbleton Rd in the Humber Valley Area and currently lives in the Alderwood Area with her husband, Mitch Jones, and their two children. Corinne attended Humber Valley Jr Middle School and graduated from Richview Collegiate Institute. She later attended McMaster University

for her post-secondary education studying Economics and afterwards obtained a post graduate diploma in HR Management. Corinne spent the earlier part of her career working for large financial companies in client accounting/relationship management, eventually shifting to high net worth boutique fund companies acting as Office Management /HR Manager. Having a long family history in real estate, Corinne decided to make the transition from the Financial Industry to a career in real estate in 2009. Corinne’s mother, Margaret, started her lifetime real estate career in the 19070’s at the Royal Lepage Whitehouse at Bloor and Royal York. Margaret later owned and operated a successful Re/Max brokerage in the Kingsway area. Corinne worked for her mom throughout her earlier years learning the business from the ground up. From 2009 to 2012, Corinne further learned the business under the mentorship of Sharon Monti a 30 year real estate veteran. Corinne currently works with The Johnson Team with Re/Max Professionals in Etobicoke. She felt that the excellent reputation and service of The Johnson Team was in line with not only her business but also personal objectives. Corinne brings to the table a robust knowledge of the real estate industry, strong customer relationship management, high integrity, hard worker, and a problem solver by nature. GTA REALTORS Release April Stats

Home sales increased on a year-over-year basis in April 2026, while the supply of listings trended lower. This suggests that overall market conditions in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) tightened during the first full month of spring. Despite tighter market conditions, average selling prices edged lower compared to last year, as buyers continued to benefit from ample choice and negotiating power.
