Are you caring for an adult living with a progressive, life-limiting illness? If you're experiencing anger, grief, stress or helplessness as a caregiver, you are not alone.

Providence Care has partnered with The Ontario Caregiver Organization offer SCALE Together, a free eight-week, in-person mental health program designed specifically for caregivers supporting an adult with a progressive, life-limiting illness.

Participants will receive:
➑️ Weekly in-person psychoeducational sessions
➑️ Group discussions with fellow caregivers
➑️ Practical tools and resources
➑️ Access to additional caregiver supports
