What a fun and uplifting time at last night's Tribute Concert that kicked off the 42nd IWK Telethon for Children. MC extends sincere thanks to Jennifer Gillivan, President & CEO of the IWK Foundation, for coming to our Halifax office yesterday to speak to our members about the Women's Equity Now research initiative that the Foundation is leading in our region, making Atlantic Canada a global leader in research on bias in health care and advancing systemic changes to improve care for women at all stages of life. Jennifer left us feeling informed, validated, motivated, and deeply proud to be a supporter.
