Egg banks are fine. They serve a purpose.

But some intended parents don't want a catalogue. They want a conversation. A real one. With a real person who can walk them through what fresh versus frozen actually means for their situation. Who can explain anonymous versus known versus semi-known like a human being, not a dropdown menu.
