As we head toward fall, here’s my take on the market based on the numbers. 📊

Across the VIREB region, there were 707 sales in July, down 11% from this time last year. At the same time, active listings were up 2% year over year.

What does that look like in the market? Inventory is slightly higher than this time last year, while sales have slowed. It’s not a bad market, it’s just one where pricing and positioning really matter.
