March numbers from Calgary Real Estate Board show a market that’s balancing out… but not evenly across the board.

🏡 The Big Picture

* 1,881 homes sold (⬇️ 13% from last year)
* 3,409 new listings
* 5,395 homes on the market
* Months of supply: 2.87 (balanced market)

👉 Translation: More options for buyers, but still solid activity.

🏠 What’s Selling Strong

* Detached: 2.22 months of supply
* Semi-detached: 2.49 months

👉 These are still tighter markets. Good homes are moving.

🏢 Where Buyers Have More Power

* Row homes: 2.98 months
* Apartments: 4.62 months
