When did you last update your Will?
Your Will should reflect your life as it is today — not necessarily the life you were living when you first made it.
Marriage, separation, children, grandchildren, buying property or significant changes to your assets can all be good reasons to review your estate planning.
Three signs it is time to update your will:
1. Your relationship circumstances have changed;
2. Your family has changed; and
3. Your assets or circumstances have changed significantly.
If you can’t remember the last time you looked at your Will, it might be time to take it out of the drawer and have another look!
