It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been on here and whilst waiting for the ✈️ home from Orange, I thought I’d say hi 👋🏼
Work and life have been quite the adventure past few months and LOTS has been happening.
- Liz has celebrated a whole year with ELC and I couldn’t be happier 🙏🏼
- Sarah has joined the team working from Laurieton office one day a week and the filing/admin never looked so good😍
- Simon and I bought a building in ’ Main Street to keep up with the growth of ELC and what a ride that will be to turn the old girl into a brand new shiny ✨ office space
Exciting times are ahead but for the next 56 days, we’ll be head down and bum up wading our way through the Christmas 🎄 housing rush

Hi, I’m Ebony, owner of Ebony Laithwaite Conveyancing. I’m a mobile licensed conveyancer and offer personally managed services to clients throughout New South Wales from my hometown of Scone in the Upper Hunter. I completed my Conveyancing Law & Practice studies at Macquarie University in 2017 and I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Laws at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst, which I’m due to complete in 2022.
I’ve worked in the legal services industry for more than a decade and pride myself on providing a personal approach to all things buying and selling, leasing and mortgaging. My experience includes working as a paralegal and personal assistant to solicitors in both metropolitan Sydney and the Hunter Valley; which has given me a comprehensive and firsthand understanding of the industry.
My approach to conveyancing is simple; provide the best service possible that’s convenient for the client. As a mobile conveyancer, I’m not tied to one place and because I work around the clock, I can confidently deliver services that suit my clients – even if that’s at 7am before work or 8pm once the children are in bed.
When I’m not at work, I love to be an active member of my community and currently hold positions on the board of Upper Hunter Homelessness Service, Scone Neighbourhood Resource Centre, Scone Community Pantry and Scone and District Netball Association. I’m also a Justice of the Peace and spend the rest of my free time with my husband, daughter and two dogs at our second home on the Mid North Coast.
I genuinely love to help people, whether that be working with a young family to purchase their first home or with an expat living in the UK who has property to sell on the Central Coast. If you’d like to partner with me to complete your conveyancing transaction, please contact me directly on 0423 425 075 or email [email protected]
