Another year and another fantastic Puddle Jumpers SA gala as a centre stage sponsor but also as a guest. A fun evening with so much magical work done by these volunteers. Across the night over $100,000 was raised to assist with the various projects from food assistance programs, kids camps, child leadership camps and so much more. This was indeed the GREATEST GALA made possible by sponsors, donors, the PJ team but above all - the amazing volunteers in setting this up but also delivering all year round!

Last week the Stratarama team hosted a biggest morning tea for Cancer Council. A fantastic opportunity to catch up with some contractors, the team and a number of other organisations. Together raising well over a thousand dollars. We are so grateful that we were able to get this group together and importantly assist such a great cause.

The Team at Stratarama would like to Thank you to all the Property Managers and their offices who took the time out of their busy days to join us for our Inaugural Property Manager Q & A. Over 40 registrants acknowledged the value in demystifying strata, opening dialogue between PM & SM and sharing knowledge. 
 
Why did we do this ? At Stratarama, transparency has always been one of our core values. In 2024, we became the only business in South Australia to achieve SCA’s Strata Management Practice Standard (SMPS) Certification—something we’re incredibly proud of. We invest heavily in the professional development of our team through both SCA programs and our own internal training, and we believe that sharing some of this knowledge is part of our responsibility to the broader industry. 
 
By offering insight into how strata and community titles operate behind the scenes, we hope to make life easier not only for ourselves, but for Property Managers, Real Estate Agents, Conveyancers, and most importantly; our shared clients. Whether someone is a first‑time strata owner or a long‑standing committee member, the more we all understand, the more effectively we can collaborate, respect each other’s roles, and deliver better outcomes together.

Over the last two weeks the Stratarama insurance and manager teams have been fortunate to be presented with market updates, policy change information and general insurance client questions relating to strata insurance. This has been thanks to both & for compiling and brining their roadshows of updates and information to we are grateful for these sessions which help to keep our team well educated on matters of great relevance to our clients.

On the 20th of May it’s international BEE Day! We acknowledge the work that bees do for our eco-system. We also thank our various pest controllers who safely move bees along from@places that they shouldn’t be without lethal effect. As an aside- did you know our insurance administrator is often also affectionately referred to as “Bee” hehe
