Not every asset in our portfolio is trading yet, some are still being built, and that’s exactly when asset management planning matters the most.

The Village forms part of the $900 million Seacliff Village Estate, a 700+ apartment and terrace home community with its own childcare centre. Leedwell is managing The Village Shopping Centre as it comes to life, working alongside our leasing team from the ground up:

→ Coles Group and Liquorland locked in as anchors
→ A specialty mix already taking shape, including Anytime Fitness, Metropolitan Fresh Fruiterers, TerryWhite Chemmart and Mozzafiato Cafe

While leasing secures the tenants, our property management team is already coordinating with contractors, planning centre presentations and getting operations ready ahead of opening and beyond.

This weekend the Leedwell team laced up for the City-Bay Fun Run in support of RSPCA Australia!

It was a fantastic morning with our crew and 28,000+ other participants, all for a great cause. The RSPCA works tirelessly to protect and care for animals in need across South Australia, and we’re proud to have contributed to that mission.

The DOMs are subsiding, but we’re riding high on the team’s effort and the incredible energy that took over Adelaide for the day. Well done all!
