I was really lucky to have my first baby right before Covid put Victoria into lockdown and while I was realising that traditional law firms weren’t for me any longer, everyone else was realising that flexible, home based work is perfectly effective. My business is run flexibly which allows me to be a present Mum and a productive lawyer without compromising either role.
