𝗶𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗸𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗗𝗥 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽!

On 27th August, iSettle in partnership with the University Of Lusaka hosted an ADR workshop. The workshop was facilitated by Lady Justice Abha Patel S.C. Judge of the Supreme Court of Zambia and Ms. Mary Mutupa MCIArb Managing Partner at iSettle. The workshop featured a keynote address by Lady Justice Patel entitled “𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲” and both speakers participated in an interactive discussion focused on the ADR Practice, Challenges & Opportunities in Zambia.

Below is some highlights from discussion.

Students were encouraged to:

At the end of the workshop, the UNILUS ADR Society presented an award of professional accomplishment to Lady Justice for her distinguished service in the legal profession.

Construction and infrastructure projects inevitably are without disputes.
