πŸ“’ ZEP WAIVER – What You Need to Know

If you are a Zimbabwe Exemption Permit (ZEP) holder planning to transition to a mainstream South African visa, you may first need to apply for a ZEP Waiver.

A few important things to remember:

βœ… A waiver may exempt you from certain prescribed visa requirements, depending on the visa category you qualify for.

βœ… A waiver is not granted automatically. Every application must be submitted and considered individually.

βœ… Your waiver must be approved before you submit your mainstream visa application.

βœ… Every application is assessed on its own merits, making it essential to choose the correct visa category from the start.

⚠️ Submitting the wrong application or applying without an approved waiver where one is required can result in unnecessary delays or even a refusal.

Our experienced team can assess your circumstances, determine whether you require a waiver, and guide you through the entire process from start to finish.
