Last night the WCBA held its Annual Meeting. Attorney Padraic Rafferty was elected President-Elect and Attorney John Shea was elected Secretary/Treasurer.

President Maura Tansley presented the Honorable Timothy S. Hillman Judicial Excellence Award to Hon. William Ritter, and she presented five President's Awards. Incoming President Attorney Kanchana Fernando delivered the keynote address.
