Selling million dollar homes isn’t always power suits, champagne closings, and “Selling Sunset” moments. 😂
Sometimes it’s standing in a house with no drywall, no A/C, in 100° Florida humidity for a two-hour construction walkthrough making sure every single detail is right for my buyers. 🥵🏡
My clients are purchasing from Virginia, so I’m not just their Realtor… I’m their boots on the ground. Their eyes, ears, advocate, and guide through a process that can turn into a complete nightmare without the right representation.
People love to say, “You don’t need a Realtor for new construction.” And every time I hear that, I honestly laugh a little because most people have no idea the amount of oversight, negotiation, and problem-solving that happens behind the scenes before you ever get the keys. 👀
