Putnam County has been fortunate to have Judge Mark Sorsaia serve our community for many years as Prosecuting Attorney and, most recently, as Circuit Court Judge—leaving a lasting impact on both our courts and our community.
Throughout his career, Judge Sorsaia demonstrated a strong commitment to justice, integrity, and the rule of law. His service reflects a deep respect for the responsibilities of the office and for the people of Putnam County.
As he steps down following a recent diagnosis, we recognize the weight of that decision and commend his strength in making it. His contributions to our legal system and community will not be forgotten.
