Everyone says they’re waiting for rates to go back to 3%.

But historically, mortgage rates have spent far more time between 6% and 8% than they have below 4%.

If the right house comes along, remember:
✔️ You can refinance a mortgage.
❌ You can’t go back and buy today’s house at yesterday’s price.

Every situation is different, but waiting for a rate that may never return could end up costing more than buying now.
