After sitting vacant for 5 years, this hoarder house needed a full gut renovation. Years of neglect made it necessary to completely strip the house down to the frame and start over. New roof, siding and windows, new heating system, kitchen and bath, refinished hardwood floors, freshly paved driveway and all new landscaping.
Every time we roll up our sleeves to fix up a house, we're not just renovating bricks and mortar; we're breathing life into neighborhoods and fostering a positive ripple effect that extends far beyond the property lines. As a result of this eyesore being transformed, we were able to help the neighboring homeowner sell their house for $150,000 more than they paid for it 2 years earlier!

🎉We are thrilled to share a heartwarming success story. 🎉
We were contacted by a young family who was renting a mobile home that was in severe disrepair. The property was being sold and was unable to be financed due to the current condition of the building. With very little notice, we were able to acquire the property, demolish the existing structure to make room for a brand-new home to be placed on the lot. With property values soaring, this family was able to move into their brand-new home and have over $40,000 in equity the day they signed the closing documents, just 2 days after the birth of their baby!
