Brandi's journey into real estate began with a tiny house obsession that quickly grew into a full-fledged passion for helping others find their perfect home. After earning her BPS in Business Management with a specialization in Equine Business from Cazenovia College, she obtained her VT real estate license in March 2019, starting at a small firm in St. Albans before joining the team at Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty in 2022. Brandi obtained dual licensure in both NY and VT in 2024 to better serve both buyers and sellers in the Lake Champlain region, expanding her reach, network and connections. A Franklin County, VT native, Brandi is currently building her own energy-efficient homestead and barn for her two equine best friends, Cinnamon Girl and Skye. She shares her journey on Facebook and Instagram, inviting others to follow along. Sustainable living has always been a priority for Brandi, influencing both her personal choices and her approach to real estate. This was a particularly special closing as I met and worked with Courtney two years ago after she and Anthony moved here from Texas. One of the first things she told me was that she studied sustainable agriculture and they were looking to eventually buy a home here where that could be fostered and put to use. Two years later, here we are with the perfect property and it became a multi-generational dream. 😍 I cannot wait for bonfires and campouts by the pond alongside these guys. I've known the Kilburns for years, so when they came to me saying they were ready to sell and were interested in looking in NY, I jumped at the opportunity! And though we looked at several, this was the first property they saw, and it's the property that set the bar for every showing after.
