Good afternoon 🌞 As a realtor I wanted to give everyone an interesting statistic. Whether you pick a realtor that’s on your friends list or top sales realtor and get them to list your house; Did you know they will only bring the buyer 5% of the time so 1 in 20!! Then you look at their brokerage! I happen to be with the best marketing company there is in Berkshire Hathaway. Lastly me personally 50% of my listings I bring the buyer!! I have the ability to either purchase the house myself through my LLC or my many investors around the country. Also I almost forgot being a property manager. I have access to the top construction people there is that does a lot of the work not only at a lower cost but at a high-quality and they get it done quickly! My only problem is I haven’t talked about it or posted about this before but after thinking about it yesterday, I was like wow I really do. Plus I’m 😎 😃.
