The Wichita market is showing signs of **balance**, and I believe we’re going to see a noticeable shift in how quickly homes sell and, ultimately, what they sell for.

We’ve gone from having **less than a month of inventory to approximately 3.5 months of inventory**. That’s a significant change.

And what does more inventory mean?

👉 **More options for buyers.**
👉 **More choices mean buyers can be more selective.**
👉 **And more competition means sellers have to be more strategic.**

This sweet couple needed to move fast after the wife suffered a medical condition that sprung out of nowhere. They needed a plan and had to move quick.

26 years of living in this home and having to move in a moments notice was incredibly emotional and stressful for this family. We sat down, discussed options, strategized, I had to be on my A game and also allow them room to breathe. We found balance and maintained sanity and in just 51 days from the time we sat down, got them moved, the home ready, a strong listing price, marketing in place, and the property launched, the home SOLD!

This family was strong and united. I loved watching them come together, all involved. Team work makes the dream work and now, I look forward to my new friends and being a part of their life journey moving forward.
