It’s when a past client texts for the roofer’s number, asks where to go for date night, sends a photo from the kitchen they finished renovating, or tells us they finally tried that little spot I would not stop talking about.

📊 May Market Update: The numbers are in... and the market is still keeping us on our toes.
While national headlines may have you wondering what's happening in real estate, our local markets are telling a much different story.

🏡 Milwaukee County remained steady, with prices up 4% and buyer activity holding strong despite fewer new listings hitting the market.

🏡 Ozaukee County saw home prices climb 11% year-over-year, with homes selling faster and closed sales up 9%.

🏡 Washington County continued its strong momentum, posting a 12% increase in median sale price and a 14% jump in closed sales.

🏡 Waukesha County had similar results; median sales price rose 3% and there were 3% fewer new listings than last year.

The common theme? Demand is still outpacing supply in many areas, keeping competition healthy and values moving in the right direction.
