The median list price in Adams County is currently $545,000. We’re noticing that prices are beginning to plateau, which is a significant change from the rapid climbs of previous years. For buyers, this might offer a bit more breathing room and predictability in your search. For sellers, it means that while you still have the upper hand, pricing and presentation are more important than ever to capture the right interest.
