Saw “The Sound of Freedom” movie last night. Amazing movie. Everyone should see it. EVERYONE should be actively fighting against child s*x trafficking. All media outlets that are coming out against this movie are complicit in the crime and should be ashamed of themselves, and quite frankly, those in power at the top of those companies should be investigated. Evil can never be pacified. Evil never reins itself in. No quarter should ever be given to evil.

Now that escrow has closed… Very happy for my dear friends/buyer clients. After getting outbid on 4 other ridiculous properties in the SFV (that would have required them to pay way over the value of those properties), I found them an amazing deal on an off market property in Chatsworth through networking and talking on the phone with people…and frankly good luck too. I got their offer accepted at the seller’s ask price with no counteroffer, at least $50k-$75k UNDER what it would’ve sold for if it hit the market! AND it’s a way better quality home and neighborhood than the other properties we were bidding on! Congrats my friends!!
