We all hear a lot about health and “wellness” in the media, but most information can be broken down into a few basic concepts.
* Try to eat healthy, limiting sugar, caffeine, and processed foods
* Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night. And squeeze in a nap if you can!
* Engage in moderate exercise daily such as walking, yoga, or swimming
* Take prenatal vitamins and supplements as directed by your doctor
* Maintain good oral hygiene. Studies have shown that dental health is directly linked to a healthy pregnancy
* Most importantly, always be sure to check with your doctor and follow medical guidance!
